Shipping & Returns

The products sold on this site can be shipped to The United States and Canada. All shipping will be by Ups or Fedex depending on location. Shipping and delivery days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly. Most in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing. Backordered items are shipped as soon as new shipments arrive in our warehouses.

Returns & Exchanges: Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Sensual Mystique (one of our our suppliers) only accepts returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. 1. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. 2. Include original receipt of return item with package. 3. Merchandise is unworn, unused and unwashed, in original saleable condition with tags attached and all original packaging intact. This includes all accessories provided by the manufacturer. 4. All returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on the outside of the package. To obtain a RMA number and return address, please contact us. We will not accept packages without RMA numbers. 5. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. 6. Customer is responsible for return shipping for exchange.
